Oficina de Presupuesto del Congreso de la Nación Argentina (OPC, by its initials in Spanish) – supports the Honorable Congress of the Nation in deepening the understanding of issues involving public resources, thus democratizing knowledge and decision making. The OPC is a technical office of fiscal analysis that produces reports open to the public.
