The bill proposes the creation of the “Argentina Inclusiva” program, designed to provide permanent and mandatory training of government employees, in the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches of the Nation, on disability and universal accessibility.
The fiscal cost associated with the implementation of the proposed training is estimated by calculating the costs of three sets of related activities:
- Preparation, dissemination and distribution of the general guidelines and certification of the training.
- Preparation of training content.
- Delivery of the training program to agents of the National Non-Financial Public Sector (NFPS).
Assuming the hiring of new personnel for the development of the activities described above, the fiscal impact associated with the measure would be between ARS3.3 and ARS3.66 billion in 2024, equivalent to 0.0006% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
